Hello, my name is Terri Scarlata. I am a AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) certified Group Fitness instructor. I began instructing Group Fitness Classes over eleven years ago and I absolutely love it!
I have taught a variety of classes from Step Aerobics, Full Body Weight classes, Kickboxing, and Boot Camp to Interval Challenge classes. I now teach Spin Camp Mondays at 5:30 pm, Kickboxing & Abs Wednesdays at 4:30 pm, and Total Sculpt Sundays at 9 am here at Champions Fitness Center. My favorite classes are those that are filled with members who are motivated, hard-working and understanding of the many benefits of living a healthy lifestyle.
I have been married for twenty three years and am the mother of three teenagers. My goal is to motivate and support you during every step of your fitness journey. I look forward to seeing you in one of my classes!
