My love for the Health and Wellness Industry started at a young age. As I became more involved in athletics, I also became more involved in a healthier way of life, which led me to where I am today.
With time, not only did I begin to see the importance of exercise, but I also began to feel the importance of what exercise can do for you. I developed a sincere desire for helping others achieve what I lived and preached every day and decided to make a career out of my passion by attending Castleton State College. I received my BS in Exercise Science and Sports Medicine with a minor in Health and Business.
I am also certified as a National Sports Conditioning Associate (NSCA) Certified Personal Trainer, with concentrations in pre and post rehabilitation of injuries along with a multitude of major medical conditions such as Fibromyalgia, Candida Albicans, and Chronic Fatigue syndrome.
I’ve had the pleasure of helping thousands of people achieve their health and wellness goals over the past 17 years, and I look forward to helping more individuals achieve a healthier and more active lifestyle.
