- Never swim alone. A minimum of two Adults, 18 years of age or older, must be present whenever this swimming facility is in use. with at least one adult on the pool deck.
- These is no substitute for adequate supervision. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied to the bathing facility by a parent or guardian, (an adult who is responsible for the children and their behavior).
- In an emergency, notify the facility operator and contact help as soon as possible. A Free telephone is provided at this facility (front desk). Telephone numbers for the nearest emergency medical service are posted.
- Only use the facility during the posted hours of operation

Total Sculpt
A strength training class using dumbbells. Additional equipment may be used at times such as resistance bands, body bars, Bosu, step, or your own body weight.
Spin Camp
Indoor cycling class that focuses on strength, speed and endurance. Heart pumping class focuses on the lower body and core. Easier on the joints and get a great cardiovascular workout! Instructor participates from the front of the room guiding the group through different paces and intervals. The room is darkened, so you can focus on your ride. The heart of each spin class is the music! It, along with the instructor, leads you through rolling hills, flat roads, sandy surfaces, and inclines!
H20 Circuit
Water class that will get your mind and body moving. Each class incorporates a variety of strength, cardio and multi-joint movements in the water utilizing circuit training principles. May move at times from station to station within the pool
Boot Camp
High-intensity cardio and strength workout using a variety of equipment. Typically, you work within a smaller group in class moving from station to station keeping your muscles guessing. Equipment used will vary from class to class, but may include, dumbbells, kettle bells, bands, barbells, steps, Bosu, jump ropes, stairs, medicine balls and even equipment throughout the gym. Options are given to make it low impact, but keep it high intensity.
360 Fit
Total body strength and cardio interval class designed to challenge the entire body. A typical class with include circuits combing weights, body weight, and cardio exercises to keep metabolism up and burn calories. Typically, each person has their own station.
Open Swim
During scheduled open swim times, the pool is available for members who wish to participate in a variety of swim activities, as well as to relax and enjoy our pool. It is a great time to work out independently or with other gym patrons. Swim Lessons with one of our certified swim instructors may be in session at this time as well.
HIIT Challenge
Combines high intensity cardio and strength intervals, followed by kickboxing. Gloves or two pound weights can be used.
Insanity & Bag
A mix of cardio and strength intervals using a mix of dumbbells, bands, Bosu, and/or body weight followed by bag work using kickboxing principles. Gloves required for hitting the bag or use of 2-pound weights or air punches.
Cardio Kickbox
A high energy class that uses martial arts principles to burn calories and build stamina. Gloves required for hitting the bag or use of 2-pound weights or air punches.
Yoga
Introduces the fundamental principles of alignment and breath work in a flow of postures linked together by the breath. Students will be introduced to yoga postures through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration.
Gentle Yoga
Concentrates on physical health and mental well-being. Hatha yoga uses bodily postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation techniques (dyana) with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind.
Arthritis Aqua
8-week class that is designed to be a safe and effective way for people with arthritis to stay fit. Add-on options for both members and non-members are available at the front desk.
Hot Tub Cleaning
Use of the hot tub is not permitted during this scheduled time. The tub is drained, cleaned and repaired as necessary by a qualified staff member.
Cardio Splash
Use the resistance of the water to improve cardiovascular fitness, endurance and flexibility.
Senior Strength
A small group strength training class for people 62 and over to ensure continued functional movements. Use of cable machines, dumbbells, nautilus equipment, and other machines to improve balance, muscle mass, and strength. Various options given for a variety of abilities.
Zumba
Class that fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves. Your instructor will take the “work” out of workout by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. No dance experience needed.
Family Swim
Available October through May only. This is a great way to spend time with your family and stay active all year round.
Basic Aqua
Provides individuals with Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue and many other physical limitations the opportunity to experience a safe yet challenging exercise experience.
Kickboxing
A high energy class that uses martial arts principles to burn calories and build stamina. Gloves required for hitting the bag or use of 2-pound weights or air punches.
Intervelocity & Bag
High energy and high impact class with modifications for those who want a lower impact workout. This class will include bag work. *Gloves required.
Aqua Zumba
High energy party in the pool. Just as land based Zumba is dance moves to a great music, this is the same using warm water resistance to keep joints safe.
Barre
Mixes elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training, all choreographed to motivating music. In each energizing and targeted workout, you’ll use the barre and exercise equipment to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body. Not a ballet class.
Strong
This class is no longer offered at Champions.
Camp Core
Designed to build core muscle groups while improving posture and mobility. Each class incorporates techniques from a wide variety of exercise philosophies, such as Yoga, Hybrid Strength, Kettlebell and Pilates.

Pilates
Consists of low-impact flexibility, muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. Work may be on the floor.
Cardio & Barre
A unique, high energy/no impact exercise class that combines barre work and lightweights with a continual fat burning motion. Central to the workout are toning and resistance exercises for the butt, legs, torso and arms to sculpt muscles and elongate the appearance of your body.
Kickboxing & Abs
Combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio intervals. Challenging the beginner and elite athlete, this high-energy workout will build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, burn calories and build lean muscle. The class is completed with a series of exercises designed to effectively target the abdominals. *Gloves required.
HIIT
Combines boot camp exercises and intense bursts of cardiovascular intervals, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods and bag work. *Gloves required.

Mixes elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training, all choreographed to motivating music. In each energizing and targeted workout, you’ll use the barre and exercise equipment to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body.

Boot Camp Express
Combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core and functional movement patterns designed to work the entire body.
Spin Box
Half of class is on the spin bike and the second half is kickboxing to make for a full body strength and cardio workout.
Pilates Strength
Uses Pilates type exercises and philosophies to increase strength, muscular endurance, flexibility and balance.
Hi/Low Step & Sculpt
High cardio but low impact. Get a great aerobic workout, but control the intensity based on your fitness level. Hi/Lo gives participants the opportunity to perform manageable, low-impact movements between periods of high intensity. A step and light weights are used.
Aqua Blend
A mix of using the water’s resistance, pool equipment, and your own body to help strengthen the body, mind, and spirit. Focus will be on increasing strength and flexibility in a fun action packed warm water workout!
Ta’i Chi
Slow intentional movements and will assist in improving balance, posture, and overall cardiovascular health. 6-week program.
Qigong
A mind body practice. Focus on breathing techniques, postures, meditations, and guided imagery. Participants will feel more relaxed, harness breathing techniques and energy, utilize core muscles and improve posture among other benefits.
Spin & Sculpt
Start your class with an indoor bike ride and finish off by using weights for a mix of cardio and strength training.
Aqua Barre
A fun way to get a resistance or strength based work out in the water. Learn how ballet inspired movements tone each muscle in the body. Not a dance class.
