Hello, my name is Marianne Carroll. I’m a RYT-200 (Registered Yoga Teacher), and have been teaching for 10 years.
At Champions Fitness Center, I teach Yoga/Pilates Monday night’s at 6:30 pm and Gentle Yoga every Sunday at 10 am.
Yoga is a practice, a journey that changes as we make our way through life. Postures can range from gentle to powerful, and can be adapted to fit anybody and everybody. Attention to the breath supports a calm, focused heart, mind and body.
In each class I provide an environment that allows participants the freedom to practice yoga in the way that best suits them. No condemnation, no judgment, only acceptance of your beautiful self. Join us for yoga and enjoy feeling open, strong and refreshed.
