Becoming healthy and fit is not all about exercise and nutrition.  Another important aspect is relaxation.  We provide several different methods of relaxing and soothing your sore, tired muscles as well as removing the toxins from your body:

Dry Sauna and Steam Rooms:

Numerous medical studies show that deep sweating has multiple health benefits.  Our sauna and steam rooms provide the best method of producing that deep sweat.  They have been shown to remove environmental toxins from your body (such as zinc, mercury, and lead).  In addition, the deep sweating produced by these methods also flush the bacteria from your epidermal layer and sweat ducts. Cleansing of the pores improves the capillary circulation and gives the skin a soft, beautiful appearance.  Beyond all the other benefits, they just provide a good way to relax and unwind.

Some people prefer the dry-heat of a sauna, while others prefer the wet-heat of the steam-room.  That is why we provide them both.

Whirlpool: 

Another way to relax after a hard workout is our whirlpool hot-tub.  The heat can be therapeutic to the body and the pulsing water kneads sore muscles.

On-site Massage Therapy: 

Our members also have the opportunity to schedule a message with a licensed Massage Therapist in the Champions facility.
