Description of Classes

 ARTHRITIC AQUA: This 1 hour class has been designed to provide individuals with  Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue and many other physical limitations the opportunity to experience “safe” yet challenging      exercise.  B/I

 CARDIO SPLASH-An hour of aerobic and muscle conditioning with the benefits of water resistance. A fun class that takes the stress off your joints. B/I/A

 CIRCUIT STEP– 30 min. Step/ 30 min. Combination of Weights, Cardio Training and Ab work. This class will allow you to maximize your training and leave you feeling like you just did a full body circuit weight and cardio workout. GREAT TIME SAVER! 

 CORE CARDIO-A unique core body work-out involving mat and floor work with the stability ball and soccer ball. This class is a challenging cardiovascular work-out while facilitating core control, flexibility, stability and alignment. B/I/A

*NEW!  CORE-YOGA CONNECTION-These unique 1 hour classes are for everyone. Increase mobility, feel livelier with more energy , and enhance your knowledge while getting into the best shape of your life, both physically and mentally. Our  Core classes will incorporate techniques from a wide variety of exercise philosophies, such as Yoga, Hybrid Strength and Pilates. Our Yoga classes will focus on your mind/body and muscle control by incorporating diverse posses that will  Improve your strength, power and flexibility.  In these classes John and Carman shows you a  multi-disciplinary training system that each have developed for over a decade using a wide variety of technique unlike any other.                                                                                                                                                                                         *See Specialty Program Options Below!   

  NEW!  CYCLE CIRCUIT– A 30/30 split combining the intense cardio workout of our cycle classes with a twist! This action packed hour will feature the use of  our new, multi-functional “Bosu” core ball combined with  a upper and lower body circuit, challenging even the most experienced spinner or group fitness enthusiast I/A.

 GROUP CYCLING- An intense cardio workout that burns calories and increases your cardio output. Combine the motivating music, intense instructors with the energetic light show and you have the ultimate in fun cardio conditioning experience! B/I/A

 JUST STEP- A 60 minute jammed packed cardio class to challenge even the experienced stepper, with easy flow chorography. B/I/A 

 POWER YOGA– This class is an athletic form of yoga uniting movements and breathing utilizing all major and minor muscle groups to increase flexibility and strength. The use of traditional yoga postures in an innovative method.

 STEP & STRENGTH: - If you love to step then you can’t miss this class. Join us as our energetic fitness      instructor takes you on a spectacular journey through seamless step choreography  combined with Body      sculpting and the use of  resistance balls & weight. Ending with abs and a cool down. I/A

   B-Beginner / I-Intermediate / A-Advanced All classes, times, and instructors subject to change. All classes are an hour in length unless indicated.

Our unique cost effective program choices are as follows:

 

*Core-Yoga Connection = $19 a month any 1 class/ $24 a month any 2 classes/ $29 a month up to 4 classes a  week.

 

*Karate-= $19.95 introductory program. Includes uniform and  welcome package.
