Hello, my name is Catherine Rich and I started teaching group fitness classes at Kelly Lyn North Fitness several years ago. I have taught everything from Step Aerobics, Kickboxing, Boot Camp, and RIPPED, to Group Strength Training and Group Personal Training classes.

Currently, at Champions Fitness Center, I teach Spin Camp every Monday at 5:30 pm. I love helping people push themselves to reach their fitness goals. In my classes, members are so energetic and motivated that it actually helps keep me going! Come check out a class and see how much fun it is!

I’m an avid runner and I enjoy taking a CrossFit class when I can. I am also a full time lab technician for Onondaga County and a part time student studying Chemistry. When I have spare time I enjoy spending time with my husband, photography, running, hiking, camping and traveling.

I am First Aid, AED and CPR certified.
