Bobbi Jo Wilson
Hello, my name is Bobbi Jo Wilson and I was a personal trainer and group fitness instructor at Kelly Lyn North Fitness for seventeen years. I am AFAA certified (Aerobic and Fitness Association of America).
I teach a variety of classes such as Step Aerobics, Kickboxing, Boot Camp, Intervelocity, Spin, Strength, TNC, Yoga, Pilate’s and Zumba. I’m also an avid runner.
Currently at Champions, I teach Intervelocity & Bag every Monday at 9:30 am, Kickboxing every Tuesday at 5:30 pm, Zumba Wednesday’s at 5:30 pm and Interval Challenge every Saturday at 8 am. My classes are high energy and high impact with modifications for those who want a lower impact workout. We always have fun in my classes and I enjoy challenging the members to push themselves to the next level.
I love what I do and am excited to be a part of Champions Fitness Center. My goal is to help others achieve their personal and physical goals all while getting them motivated to live a long and healthy life.
I am CPR, AED and First AID certified.
