1ello, my name is Amy Wicks. I became a member of Kelly Lyn North Fitness about two years ago. While there, I became inspired by the personal trainers and group fitness instructors I saw working with other gym patrons. Watching them help members improve their health and achieve their fitness goals motivated me to set goals of my own. As I started to see success though my own achievements I became more ambitious then ever, so I decided to get a certification as both a personal trainer and group fitness instructor.
Since the merge with Champions Fitness Center I work one on one with clients out on the floor and teach several group fitness classes a week. My group fitness schedule consists of: Monday, Basic Aqua at 5 pm, Tuesday, H20 circuit at 5 pm, Wednesday, Cardio Splash at 9:30 am and Total Sculpt at 6:30 pm, Thursday 360 Fit at 9:15 am and TRX at 10:20 am, Friday, H20 Circuit at 9:30 am and Saturday H20 Circuit at 9:00 am.

I am an ACE certified personal trainer and currently studying to become an ACE fitness nutrition specialist as well.
