We firmly believe Champions Fitness provides the best personal trainers in Central New York! Our trainers go through a rigorous screening and training process to ensure they have extensive functional knowledge as well as outstanding teaching skills. They are all college educated with Bachelor’s/Master’s degrees in fitness fields, such as Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, and Physiology. In addition, they are Nationally Certified through the following:
- National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)
- Post-Rehabilitation Conditioning Specialist (PRCS)
- National Council for Certified Personal Trainers (NCCPT)
- International Sports Science Association (ISSA).
We also have numerous specialty areas represented among our staff, such as Certifications in CrossFit, Running and Endurance, Nutrition, and an USAW Olympic Weightlifting Coach.
