This package includes personal training sessions 2x per week for 12 months, a full use 1 year membership & full assess to all of our specialty classes for a year. Extended Warranty/H2O-ptimum
Secure the professional guidance & motivation of a certified personal trainer in bulk sessions to save money. Packages can be custom tailored to fit your specific time & budget concerns. Many of our clients utilize our trainers with their exercise routines to ensure they are getting the most from their efforts. Let Champions customize a program just for you! Packages range from 25 to 100 sessions.
Sports Specific
From football, basketball, baseball, hockey, lacrosse, volleyball, softball and more, we provide athletes of all levels with a comprehensive exercise/sports nutrition package second to none. Whether you are a weekend warrior or a high level athlete, we will design a program just for you.
Overhaul
This 12 week package includes the essential elements of both a personal trainer and meal planning . The perfect choice for getting your feet wet before moving on to the big picture. Program comes with a 12 week journal to track your workouts, nutrition and progress. All your personal statistics are calculated to build the perfect meal plan and routine. Sessions are 1x per week
PT Jump Start
A PT Jump Start is a great program if you are looking to get just a small taste of what Personal Direction is all about. This small one-on-one package is designed to provide you with the basics of exercise principals.1 session per. week for five weeks.
T.E.A.M. S.W.A.T.
“Together Everyone Achieves More through Specialized Workouts with Allied Training” You are an individual who wants to experience the benefits of personal training with a friend or loved one. Share in the fun, the sweat, and the investment with our popular T.E. A. M. S.W.A.T. buddy system program.
QUAD Fitness
Limited budget? Our QUAD Fitness program makes fitness affordable and fun, while providing accountability, encouragement, education, and social support. This program is ideal for people who enjoy an energetic team setting. Small group workouts (4 people) are perfect for those who are looking for motivation and the resources need to reach their goals.
Single Session
Looking for a one time access to a fitness professional for specific exercise or particular concerns: This option is available for those that don't want a “package” program.
